My mom just got me the sweetest gift the other day, a devotional for tea lovers! I really love it, there are also recipes for scones, cookies, and tea sandwiches included. I like to keep it on my desk at work and read the devotions when I have time between calls or on my breaks.
Here's my character, Little Lottie. It's Hello Kitty's 35th anniversary on Nov 1st so there's a bunch of special events going on in the game. I was able to get a "kitty ears" headband for my character, how cute is that?
Today I went to the Randall Library on campus, and went into the ladies room for the first time there. I don't know if they always have this, but today there were large sheets of paper taped to the inside of the stalls. Women had written all kinds of things, but they were all positive. I was pleasantly surprised.
I took these pics once I wad sure no one else was in the bathroom. There's no way to turn off the shutter sound on my cellphone camera and I didn't want anyone to get the wrong idea lol.
Today Chris and I decided to take a short trip to Southport. I hadn't gone there in a while, I'd forgotten how beautiful it is there. I love historic downtowns, it's like Wilmington's but without the night clubs, ha ha.
Today Toria, Dennis, Chris and I went to Rose Hill to visit the Duplin Winery. We all LOVE their blackberry wine, so we decided to go and stock up. First we took a tour of the winery, then a free tasting. We bought a case of several different wines, half was blackberry wine but we also got some of the Christmas wines which are delicious.
I was actually able to get a picture of Tama sitting still and being sweet. She's normally tearing through the house leaving a path of destruction behind her. ;)

This past weekend was Riverfest in downtown Wilmington. Its like a mini Azalea Festival, there are vendors, performers and a car show. It was such a beautiful weekend, the weather was perfect. I had a greasy and yummy gyro but ate it too fast to take a picture lol.
